We understand that plans change and while you might of originally hoped to come to our event you can later find yourself unavailable. Due to this we have created the following refund policy.
Event Tickets: Cancelation and Refund Policy
Due to the limited number of tickets available, and outgoing costs based on tickets sold in the run up to the event we apply the following cancellation and refund policy.
Requests for refunds received more than 30 days prior to the date of the event will receive a full refund.
Requests for refunds received more than 14 days but less than 30 days prior to the date of the event will receive a 50% refund.
Requests for refunds received within 14 days of the date of the event, no refunds will be given.

Transferring of Tickets
You are able to transfer your tickets to another person right up until the day of the event.
